Nice to meet you, I'm Cedric Severino, but you can call me “Ced,” and I’d be happy to be your legal ally and advocate. Drawing on my extensive knowledge of law, experience with litigation, and knowledge of human nature, and philosophy of holistic representation, I will utilize whatever approach may be the best for the situation so you may be heard, supported, advocated for, and achieve your legal ends through my faithful services. I’m a native Chicagoan, Oberlin College Grad, USC Law Grad, where I was a member of Law Review and graduated at the top of my class (“fight on”) and an alum of the prestigious Los-Angeles based international law firm O’Melveny and Myers. In my personal life, I’m a dog daddy to my adorable puppy Maximilian T. Dog, a boxing devotee, dancer,stand-up comedy and live music lover, tennis player, and all around lover of life.

Most important to you, I love the law. I am passionate, compassionate, but pragmatic and reasonable. I am dedicated to my clients, and I love to work with them to achieve the best results I may possibly achieve with them or on their behalf. If necessary, I litigate like a zen warrior, not bogging myself down with the pettiness of the adversarial system (that can cause clients needless expenses). Instead, I focus on zealous advocacy for my clients and utilizing the legal arguments, utilizing statutes and case law and the facts available to advocate on behalf of my clients to achieve their desired results. I am unique because I value people and principles over-all. The law is not a means to another end for me, it is my life, as I’ve been advocating on behalf of people and ideals since I was a child. I’m always fully honest with my clients, maintain my personal integrity, and value well-reasoned and creative legal argumentation using case law and statutes.

Unlike many employment lawyers, or civil lawyers, I work for both individuals and employers and companies, which makes me well versed in arguments from both sides, and more effective representing the interests of all my clients because I anticipate arguments and actions from the other side in litigation.
